- 1 can BPA-free chick peas (ex. Eden Foods)
- 1 Hass avocado
- 1 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 garlic gloves
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 green spicy pepper with seeds (long green pepper with slight curl on end)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil or oil of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with whole wheat crackers, fresh veggies, or whatever your heart fancies!
